This item arrived damaged, one of the plastic circular pieces that go around the vent holes was broken, only half of it was found lose in the box. On contacting seller was told we don't do parts and suggested maybe i try and find one myself and basically there was nothing they could do, i have requested a return and i want my money back, not impressed with the response i got. I now have to wait for a response again before i can return or purchase elsewhere as it has been paid for
