Seller had contacted me after reading about my unsatisfactory on my purchase due to poor packaging. Even after I stated I was fine with keeping my damaged item, they insisted on re-shipping me a new item, and that they would themselves package it carefully. I offered to ship the damage item back but they let me stay with it. I just received confirmation on my shipment. Reached out seller about the item i recieved having flaws and damage on the actual product itself, idk if it was tinkered with or it was just built poorly but the quality was terrible. But i never heard back from seller. Payed about $38 for shipping which was crazy but seemed to be a good seller, but NOT at all. Sent pictures of the flaws and damage and nothing. NO Help at all.
