Reread the description and saw that it was listed for an IPhone 11 and a 5.8” screen. This was actually for the Pro model. After messaging the seller he immediately refunded my purchase price because of incorrect listing. Very happy with quick response/refund. Disappointed that it didn’t fit ☹️ but life goes on.

The seller had posted a photo in the listing so any potential buyer would not just read the info about the broke or missing handle latch and I thought that was good practice for any persons attempting to make a sale on eBay. And there was even a card tapped to the box indicating what my shipping preferences were. It is unfortunate but despite the good intentions of the seller, I found my package in the mud in my backyard. No worries. I didn't find the 4 handle screws though. Any thoughts?

    Great USB-C Headset

    Really comfortable USB-C headset. The earpads are comfortable and soft and the headband is also comfortable to wear. I think the boom mic should have a better hiding mechanism, though. It doesn't have a good place to sit when not in use. For example, I have the Plantronics Voyager Focus and that boom mic easily can be moved out of the way and it snaps into place. The boom mic on this Blackwire 5220 doesn't snap into place and needs to be moved with more care. All in all I like this headset, but the boom mic could use a redesign.
