The Fitbit completely failed after having it just nine days! It took forever for it to actually arrive and I have had to ask EBay to step in to help with the return. I have finally received a return label and have mailed it back but am still waiting for refund which I expect will be made once the return is received.
In addition to the Fitbit failing, it came with someone else’s text messages on it. It also had some kind of serial number printed on the side of the tracker. Not a good experience
