This is a superb unit. It is easy to set temperature and duration. I purchased it because of the wide available temperature option. I use it for making my own Natto from organic soy beans and a powder culture, easy and successful every time. 39c for 24 hours and it is done. Next I want to try Koji ... should be just as easy. There is plenty of volume/space inside. With 5is unit you can ferment or culture anything, yoghurt, kefir, and much more. Highly recommend.

This small yoghurt maker is ideal for making both yoghurt and cheese. It's very easy to use but I recommend you watch the instructions on YouTube to get perfect results each time.
