The item I paid over £150 for was due to be received today and it is showing as not even being been posted yet. Crucially, my attempts to contact the seller have been ignored and have gone unanswered. I have lost all faith in this seller and I am very worried that my payment will not be returned.

Once again the seller did not add the ECP Code to the delivery address, the only reason that the collection agent accepted the parcel was because he knows me and it was a smallish package. Ebay you need to educate your customers how to properly send/dispatch packages, as I'm fed up with being told off by the collection agent.
