I have always been partial to john Digweed and his compilations seem to have got better and better with each release. This is no exception and is probably the best transitions compilation that I own, if you are a fan of digweed no doubt you already own this and would agree! If you are just generally a fan of dance music and fancy somthing somthing a bit deeper and different then you cant go far wrong with transitions 3. All the tracks have been specifically edited and mixed together by John himself using ableton live and the end result is a polished journey of tech/progressive house with a trance framework still there on the back burner. These are the tunes you hear in the best clubs at 3-4 in the morning and that energy has been captured brilliantly. Great to listen to in the car or just to have on the ipod in case the mood takes you. Well done mr Digweed, I look forward to Transitions 4!Read full review
Listened to this there yesterday, nice and progressive. Felt it didn't really whip up into something as done in Northern Exposure or indeed the Global Underground mixes throughout, but still happy. Having not heard 1 or 2 I wasn't sure what to expect but certainly very trancey as the title would suggest.
