Absolutely shocking. The vendor didn't tell me who the UK side delivery agent was, so I could not track the item. They used the less-than-reliable EVRI who made two attempts to deliver and then sent the item BACK to China. YES REALLY. I asked for a full refund (nearly 14 pounds) but they indicated that I could get half back BUT that would prevent me from giving feedback . I have a reasonable expectation as a customer to get what I paid for. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR.
