      This item didn't match my expectations upon receipt, but with a bit of a polish it more closely resembled the listing images. I imagine it'd simply tarnished in transit? It's a nice piece that appears to be made from brass, not stamped silver. The blemish on the bear's shoulders is actually a chip- easy to tell once in the hand, so this is one of those cases where I'm not sure whether I'd have bought it if I'd had it to examine, but overall I'm pleased with the item and the seller. Many thanks.
