Being fair, the seller and courier communicated well. The items were well packed too. Sadly, the downside is that the seller gave the impression that their distribution hub was UK based. However, the items have taken 9 days to arrive. Therefore, It would not have been practical to use their services if I had been aware that the distribution location wasn't UK based. In all other aspects a good service.
