Stuff happens out of anyones control but they were fantastic with dealing with the problem. Its in perfect condition and was shipped in a well packaged box. We love the look and it looks more expensive than it was. BEAUTIFUL LAMP A++++

Unfortunately there were two pieces missing from the lamp. I made contact with them through eBay and had a reply 30 mins later. They sent a replacement part that day, but that was still missing the internal part when it arrived. When I contacted them again a full replacement was sent along with a sincere apology for my inconvenience. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Very highly recommended.
