Item was not new as listed - it had been returned to Amazon (had the Amazon return tape on it). The seller replied to my refund request by telling me they're a reseller, and they accidentally hit new instead of used - yet nearly all their items for sale are labeled "new." They offered me a partial refund only initially, despite the alleged error in labeling being their fault. I sent the item back the next morning and they didn't not approve my refund until Ebay automatically sent it. Be wary!
