Seller accused me of scamming them because I was sent a large Yankee candle in a flimsy yellow bag with no protection around it. It arrived smashed and because I asked to be refunded I was called a scammer because I told him it was going to the bin. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller at all.

Buyer is justified for the rating but the comments are false.Buyer stated in their first message that it was in their bim. I asked how I'm supposed to exchange or refund on return and they said they wanted a full refund.I never accused of buyer of scamming. I pointed out that this is a known buyer scam to buy a new item and replace with a broken one for a claim and could they provide some additional photos to provide more intel. Once I received additional photos I accepted 100% fault.
