The toy does not "launch" the ball over 30ft, it rolls it about 3ft. It is cheap and overpriced. I did get a refund, but it took a while. Save your money and don't buy this. Seller was polite, but the item was rubbish.

Totally useless ni adjustment as in description ball manages to go 12 inches no force behind it. Description says can be adjusted up to 30 feet !!!!. Don't waste your money. Arrived battered packing don't be fooled like me with the photos.

Unfortunately, the wrong item was sent. They quickly responded to emails. They asked if I wanted to keep it with a discount which I did not and so gave me a refund. Sometimes a mistake is made and how it is handled is important - I have seen that some sellers ignore this and you have to go to ebay/paypal to get a refund. I would say buy with confidence with this seller - a mistake was made, they apologised and gave a refund.
