I have used a lot of hand creams but this one is different. I write as an eczema sufferer and had sore cracks between my fingers and after using this cream these softened and disappeared. It is the most softening and moisturising cream I have ever used - it has not made my hands "younger" looking but it has made them softer and non itchy and smoother with no painful cracks which is amazing.
