Seller listed item as NWT, I asked if she could send a pic of the care & composition label. She got defensive and suggested to cancel.I asked for a legitimate price tag as well, as photos show the brand label falling off. She refused to cooperate and then took her time refunding me. If you have time to message, you have time to return. She was rude and lost a customer. From her feedback; seems this is a pattern. I regret I didn't check her feedback before accepting offer. 3 days and not shipped

Hello there, you forgot to mention that the item didn't ship because you didn't pay. But since you messaged i was ok with waiting. After paying, you were questioning the item's authenticity which i also provided much clarity to you about. Then you told me that since it wasn't yet shipped that i might as well cancel otherwise you would be returning it. Which i was so happy to do by end of day, but you opened a claim at 5 pm and told ebay that item was never shipped as promise. Refund time was 7p

Item never shipped. Reached out after a week and was told that the item was sold out and they would reimburse. I had to reach out out, the seller did not reach out to me. 3 weeks later I had still not been reimbursed. After threatening to open a complaint with eBay, I was finally reimbursed. I was told that the item not being in stock was not her fault. However, her lack of response and the fact that I, as the buyer, who had to repeatedly reach out to her is her fault. Wouldn’t buy from again!
