Don’t get involved with this seller. Seller made me an offer, I accepted. Did not receive, contacted seller. Seller says carrier is to blame. But seller did not try to ship again when I requested to do that! I think he meant to offer it at a higher price and hit the wrong keys! Regardless, I hate individuals passing the buck and not owning up to their mistakes. He should have honored the deal.
