On arrival, I put this cardigan into a 'delicates' cool wash (cooler than the label said). It emerged full of big holes.
The seller's comment: “how the damage has happened i really have no idea” ... it was 'immaculate' when sent. Manufacturer's fault? Care label wrong? Who knows? Who cares? Well, I did, as I had to throw it away, and because it's better to re-use clothes for environmental reasons. I didn't seek or mention return/refund. 'Sorry this happened' would not have cost anything.

I would like to respond to the negative feedback, The cardigan the lady is talking about WAS in immaculate condition when i sent it, she had sent me photos of a cardigan that was very badly damaged on the sleeves i resent all the photos of the the cardigan i sold which was in perfect condition. i was unsure what the lady wanted me to do, i certainly would of said 'sorry this has happened ' but the damage had happened after she had purchased it from me.it is a shame i cant put the photos up.
