Seller underpaid the postage cost of a small parcel, item wasn’t delivered Royal Mail sent a card saying if you want the parcel I must pay the £3.50 charge. Cost was paid by myself the buyer on top of the original postage cost. Contacted seller to resolve and would not refund me the additional cost of postage applied on top. Contacted seller multiple times requesting refund of £3.50 still have t been refunded. AVOID this seller!
