    At this price, good value. Sturdy, does its job well.

    Once assembled, the reel is sturdy and does its job well. The pictorial instructions on the box flap, if larger, would make Ikea proud. Study them well! The wall mounting facility adds to versatility - although I haven't used it. With a 30m Ultimate (heavy duty) hose full of residual water, it is quite easy to carry around if required. I think it should come with a caddy to store the various attachments one might have. Otherwise a good buy.

    Not great

    Well packaged and is indeed a hose reel The instructions are printed on the inside flap of the box and are a bit vague if you have large hands it very difficult to fit the water inlet valve to the reels body and tighten it enough to work without leaking, mine has fallen off twice When i leaned on the carry handle on rewinding to gain some purchase the handle collapsed as the locknuts cant be tightened enough to hold the handle in position Lastly i selected this unit as i needed a 50m hose, when the hose is fully extended the rewind process has to be carried out really slowly otherwise the hose will come off the reel, tangle and be really loose around the reel so when used again its a mare to unroll it For the best its not great

    Efficient watering system.

    Works as expected, replacing an older model that leaked everywhere. My one complaint is the instructions. A good job I found a detailed demonstration on YouTube which made life very easy.
