The right choice, aesthetically
I love the look of this kettle. It boils water decently quickly. The thing I don’t love is that the outside gets pretty hot to the touch. It would feel safer if it was insulated. The lid can also be a little tricky to get off because it sticks, then it makes a bit of a mess with splashing water.

Good sturdy kettle
Other reviews have stated this kettle is loud in boiling, we haven't thought it was too bad but it may be because this is a metal kettle and not plastic. So if you are looking for a lightweight plastic kettle then this may not be the one for you. Boils quickly, pours well, good comfortable grip handle and comes with spare water filter. The on switch lights up with a blue light. Easy to clean with a damp cloth. The only bad point is the water level is behind the handle so hard to see but I have now found if you fill it to the bottom of the where the water filter is that is a full kettle. The price was good in relation to other similar kettles on the market. Bought it to colour match new kitchen essentials, works quickly and quietly but even empty is quite heavy and no flip up lid which i miss, and it was not cheap.
