an honest mistake i got two orders mixed up and sent the wrong items to the wrong buyers. rather than try and fix the problem this buyer left negitive feedback opened a return case and demanded a refund. when he found out he had to return the incorrect item as is ebays policy he cancelled the return case and claimed that he has reported me to ebay ad they are looking into my account.
i have cancelled his orders and given him a full refund.
dont sell to this buyer.

***BUYER BE AWARE***They put in post 7 days after purchase with the wrong size base. Now I have to purchase a new base, pay postage on it and have to wait longer to actually make this model. I’ve messaged seller but expecting it will take them a week to read it. If they actually resolve this I’ll reset this review. But I doubt they give a fck, they got their money.
