Item is as described and arrived well packaged and on time. Wuta tools are beautiful, work wonderfully, and are highly regarded by skilled leather craftsmen. I made a big purchase directly from the Wuta website in the past, and received several functional "seconds". It took several rounds of emails, with detailed pictures and measurements but in the end they sent me good ones. It might be safer to buy through an intermediary like ebay, and they know that. They are sometimes cheaper too.
