Ordered the fan and informed the seller that couriers dont deliver to my address. They ignored the message and sent it via courier anyway. Cheaper i guess even though they advertised Australia post. And that is why i chose them over other sellers. When i informed them they asked me to wait a little longer. It been almost a month since i ordered and still no product and waiting on refund. Don't recommend them at all.

Item as described, but unfortunately the shipping company the seller is using is very unprofessional, not easy to talk to, not easy to track the item after they left the card with no indication of where the location of the item was. I tried to call them many times at the only number you can call without being successful, only managed to chat online and let me wait lot of time between a message and another one. Please change shipping company. I got the item 1 weeks later the scheduled delivery.
