This product was posted on time, I contacted Roal Mail to find that they have had some issues with this parcel, hence the late delivery. Everything was communicated with the customer, and the customer insisted on a full refund before receiving the delayed parcel. Once the parcel was received, there's a chance to raise the issue and I would happily refund whole ammount if the product was sent back to me. I'm very sorry, but there was nothing I could do since it was Royal Mail causing this delay.
