Amazing eBay seller. Despite making obvious effort to safely pack the glass tankard, the seller was let down by the delivery service who consequently cracked the glass in transit. The seller gave a full refund to me without hesitation. I really hope they achieve reimbursement from the deliverer as the damage was not their fault. Thank you for the great response to the problem
