That Customer is making False allegation because she is trying to blackmail that either refund me or i will complaint to ebay about that even though we request her to send the product back still she didn't return the product yet what we understand that she want to keep the product and also want a Refund as well. We sell the same products to other customer no one complaint about Fake Item but she is definitely Black mailer in short be aware from this Customer.

Item received was smaller than I expected, although the weight is stated on the product. Think I was distracted by the large photograph of the product, It looked the same size as my previous Essence blusher. Note to self, read the description on the product carefully in future!
Also item was damaged on receipt of the package, even though it was enclosed in a padded envelope, resulting in crushed blusher. However I can still use it, will just have to be careful not to make a mess !
