Although it matched the photo's and description perfectly, the 12 String Guitar arrived damaged. When I advised the seller they promptly replied asking for photos so that they could determine what to do.
As I mentioned that I could use the hard case that was included in the auction, they offered me the hard case at a very fair price and issued a refund for the balance.
Goodwill Colorado Collectables is an outstanding member of the ebay community.
Highly recommend and will buy from again.

This seller is great! I bought a large, fragile item (clay Romertopf cooker). They responded to questions I had in a timely way & got the cooker from Colorado to Florida in perfect shape — careful packing with bubble wrap! Shipping was WAY less than others have charged for lighter/smaller items not that far away.
