The seller took over a week to mail the glasses. The seller took an unusually long time to provide tracking information. When the box with the glasses arrived you could hear shattered pieces of glass moving around the box. I need a full refund including the cost of shipping. Waiting three weeks for an item to arrive is ridiculous. I need a refund including shipping.

This buyer has sent me multiple rude messages and I did let the buyer know that the items would be late due to a family emergency and the buyer was completely fine with that. Then after he received the items he demanded a refund and I did package them with packing paper and all and he refused to even open the box to make sure they were damaged I have reported this buyer to eBay
