Postage was expensive? This was sent via DPD with insurance costing us £10.73 plus packaging materials, and we only charged you £7.99. If you thought it was expensive, then we would rather you had contacted us, and we could have cancelled the transaction at the point of payment rather than you have a negative experience and leaving a disgruntled comment.

I told my wife not to throw away my original remote control even though I rarely use the blu ray player. She ignored me but now thanks to MNA_TRADING I can once again use it. 🤣 All I had to do is reset the code of the remote to that of the player, which was easy (pressing two buttons on the remote for five seconds).
