I have been patiently waiting for this item for over three weeks. I have requested a refund from seller because package has not moved from its UPS location in over 10 days which means it’s lost. seller refuses refund. I ask E-Bay to step in and seller appeals for 10 more days, delaying the inevitable, which is a refund. these instances rarely happened to me on eBay, but they do- seller is not responsible for the lost package but is responsible for delaying my refund which is bad practice.
