Excellent service by Merci Tech (Kirkwoods) good packaging. As described, new, in sealed box by original reseller (Tesco Mobile). Works as intended, no problems after three days. The Alcatel 3082X is a great phone for somebody who does not want internet features, 4G HD Voice calls, SMS and MMS, plus a few extras as described by seller

The phone was a modded korean knock off. You could not update the software as the mod would cause it to constantly crash.
I was not even informed via the listing, description or by the seller that this was a modded phone and the seller is legally obliged to inform all buyers if a phone is modded.
I will never recommend this seller to anyone who is after a new phone as modded phones unless modded by the manufacturer do not have a legitimate warranty.
The box also contained fake stickers
