Condition of the mixer wasn’t as discarded, delivered with damaged beaters, probably due to poor packaging, seller offered £5 refund for dirty, used mixer and beater replacement. Item was described new others!

We made a mistake on the listing. Our second time since we launched. We offered the discount, as some customers are happy with keeping for a lower price. Some aren't and we always offer a full refund and pay for the postage, which we did and refunded the moment it arrived back with us. We did appeal to the good nature of the customer, but sadly that went amiss. We are a family business and are ALWAYS available to help even when we make mistakes (we are human after all!)
