The package was late dispatched with no communication as to why until I contacted them. It was immediately dispatched after this correspondence. The items were as advertised, however when I contacted the seller regarding an issue with one of the main products in the package-the brow bond had nothing in it, the seller responded dismissively, uninterested and with the excuse ‘I’m new to this and don’t know what to do’ . This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend this seller.
