Excellent value and well designed
Although this is not a high-end product, it is well-designed and represents very good value for money. Sound reproduction is reasonably clear and crisp and probably about as good as you'd get for around £100. The fact that it offers DAB radio, bluetooth and USB playback makes it very versatile. As a compact set, it lends itself to bookshelf installation. So far I've experienced no negatives. I bought mine refurbished from Panasonic at a substantial discount and at the price paid it blows everything else out of the water. And finally there's the peace of mind that comes from purchasing a reputable brand.Although this is not a high-end product, it is well-designed and represents very good value for money. Happy with the product. I can now get Radio 3 in a poor signal area. The cd player is good. The cd holder isn't very robust. I don't find programming the radio and presets easy at all.

Great item at a fraction of price of new one . I was having difficulty with my Dab radio not tuning into stations or cutting out when listening . Checked all possible causes including trying a different out door aerial still no joy. Eventually read an artical about Radio reception and discovered that there was now more stations broadcasting on DAB+ . As my original radiowas only 1 year old I did`nt want to spend a lot of money again so quickly so opted for refurbished unit, so pleased I did as it works brilliantly and now I have more stations than ever before and the reception is fantastic . Ok for the price
I attached some old technics speakers which has improved the somewhat feeble sound quality. Works fine but there is terrible dab reception here so that function is limited to the bbc stations . It is a bit poor that there is no facility whatsoever to use headphones
