The seller does want to send the product when the auction ends with a good price. Although I asked beforehand about the delivery and he agreed. It wanted money directly into its bank account, even though eBay rules don't allow that.

You asked for an invoice and refused to pay through e bay, you knew it was collection only it was advertised as collection only so maybe read the add before you decide to tell lies on e bay, Not a good person i believe a scammer
