The bottom arrived broken, not seller fault was delivery’s fault package had fragile but looked like delivery threw it and banged it. Seller was wonderful! Great communication and had an extra bottom and sent it with extra wrapping and big letters fragile. Would definitely buy from them again. They were amazing!! Turned a disappointment to a great outcome!

When I received the package the box was busted open. I get it, the mail is rough. When I reached out to the seller they told me that they packed the box well, and it was usps fault and told me to contact them. I can assure you that even if the box didn’t arrive busted the dishes inside would’ve still been broken. It was poorly packed. The seller was very rude when contacting them about it.
