Exercise bike had several fixings missing when it arrived. Seller suggested £20 refund, then £40 refund. Neither was any good as I wanted to be able to assemble the bike and it would have been difficult and time consuming to source replacement fixings. Seller had no spare fixings so sent replacement bike with no need to return the original one! Rather wasteful to keep a whole bike for spares but excellent customer service!

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
