⚡✨ I am very satisfied with this whole experience. Communication is impeccable, and delivery fast. There was an issue with a snapped part, perhaps more wadding could be inserted around the items within the box BUT the level of customer service care was very high indeed and the issue was resolved instantly. It’s a very good quality for the price paid, but it has to returned , nothing to do with the bike itself, I can’t put a message under notifications as it says it will affect my place in the queue
But on taking it to our local post office i was told the label i printed was the wrong one, I need a label to cover 5-10 kg as the label i have is only for 0-1kg. Please could a label to cover 5-10kg be sent to me please so I can print it off
