I ordered a meta quest 3 for my grandson on the 21st of February with a latest estimated delivery time for his birthday on the 24th. The parcel wasn't actually posted until the 24th which was of no use to me or my grandson I issued a no delivery spoke with the seller asked them who was paying the return postage was told the seller was. This turned out not to be the case and I ended up paying the return postage. The seller was very good overall and refunded me promptly
