Fast postage, but item not as described & communication was terrible. Item listed as new "A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item". It had no tags and had clear use marks. Asked for a return and seller claimed no Loungefly they had ever bought (even from Magic Kingdom) had ever had tags, that they had paid over £100 for it in Florida (bags are usually $80-$90 dollars which is ~£70) and offered a partial discount for me to clean it. I had to contact eBay in order to finally get a return.

I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase but stand by everything I said to you yesterday (12/2). I tried to help and was met with hostile resistance (understandable to a point as you were unhappy). What is not acceptable however is calling me a liar and a scam seller as you did (i have kept the messages and am happy for anyone to question me on this listing as I have nothing to hide) As a seller of this product you know better than most how they're priced (look at your own listings)
