My item showed it was delivered online but was not at my house or any of my neighbors houses. When I emailed this seller explaining that, the response I got was a copy and paste from USPS website showing it had been delivered. What a useless response. Fortunately for both of us it was a mix up and my item did arrive and I did get what I paid for later but it was no thanks to these folks. So as long as the machine works you'll be fine buying here. If anything goes wrong though, good luck I guess.
