Has no ECP code on it, that’s why I didn’t know that it was at the collection point. You should print out the whole address details.
It was written: it doesn’t boot(which is for Mac OS), but it can’t turn on.
These are two different things.
I thought that I did NOT boot the operating system….
It’s misleading, not happy with the whole experience.

Sorry to hear that the item was not in the condition that you thought it would be. I believe that the description was very clear that the item would not turn on, but a refund has been issued regardless.
