Quick turn around once ordered. Used UPS which made tracking easy. Shipper communicated thru the process. Received in good order. Had an issue that wasn't the shipper but the manufacturer. I checked a few customers issues and was able to try a recommended procedure from Instant Solo which solved the problem. Shipper and I were in touch and I was offered a refund if I couldn't get it to work. Great service!!!!
