My mother’s gift arrived cracked and very poorly wrapped. When you pay over 100 dollars for something you expect it to be wrapped better. Sticking a few pieces of brown paper in a box, is careless! I don’t care if you choose to respond. I’ll be contacting eBay for a full refund. Don’t waste your time with this seller. They obviously don’t care. When I pay for shipping I expect better!!!!
