Great workout
I had a copy if this in 2006 and lost alot of weight and got toned as well. Over the years iv put on the pounds again 🙁so thought I would blow the dust if the dvd but couldn't find it so this is really a replacement. So it must be good if I'm willing to get another copy hahaha

Good Hard Work!
This dvd is up there with my Nell McAndrew DVD's for the hard work involved. When I first started the dvd I thought that it wouldn't be too much hard work, but how wrong I was, as the dvd went along the level's become increasingly harder in intensity which I strive for in excercise dvds. I thoroughly enjoyed working out using this dvd and felt as though I had had one of my sessions at the gym. Kirsty works out hard too, and you can tell as the levels go up she is feeling it with you. When I first saw the chap who was helping her train I did think that he would't be much cop, as he was not like your usual trainers on these dvds, a little older, not your usual sculpted God so to speak. However, he was great, obviously loads of experience and as it says on the dvd itself, he trains lots ... This dvd is up there with my Nell McAndrew DVD's for the hard work involved. The dvd is split into warm up, Level 1 (low intensity), Level 2 (Medium intensity) and Level 3 (high intensity) all incorporating fat burning and toning - you of course can choose to do them all or just pick which one or ones you want to do. Then there is a set of 'blasts' which you could do if you are pushed for time, such as 'lower body blast', 'upper body blast' and abs blast and finally cool down. I definitely recommend this dvd, even if you are a novice, it is the sort of dvd which will encourage you to continue until you are able to complete the top level. I will be doing this regularly as it is one of my favourites (and believe me I have many workout dvds - think I need to go to Workout DVD's Anonymous!)and Kirsty is just great.

Kirsty vs. Davina
I bought this dvd because it not only had a fitness workout but a diet and nutrition section and a 6 week exercise plan. Although these are good features, i found the workout boring and repetetive. i also felt they did not focus heavily enough on the abs. Kirsty, although beautiful and obviously very fit, did not seem like she wanted to be there and was clearly annoyed by her trainer. this tension is not what i needed when doing exercise! plus the trainer wasn't very clear with his instructions at times. before i bought this dvd i had been working out to Davina High Energy Five which is alot more intense but very enjoyable. davina makes you feel good and motivates you, even if she is slightly annoying. kirsty gallacher fitness dvd
good easy to follow fitness dvd,thought it was a bit easy at first as not very fast paced but believe me it works your whole body without you even realising as i woke up the next day aching !!(and i'm quite fit).Didn't really like the way kirsty was trying to be funny and pretending she was really struggling cause it was quite obvious she could of done it twice!Worth buying if you want a dvd that doesn't leave you gasping for breathe but you still want to feel like you've worked out !good easy to follow fitness dvd,thought it was a bit easy at first as not very fast paced but believe me it works your whole body without you even realising as i woke up the next day aching !!(and i'm quite fit).Didn't really like the way kirsty was trying to be funny and pretending she was really struggling cause it was quite obvious she could of done it twice!Worth buying if you want a dvd that doesn't leave you gasping for breathe but you still want to feel like you've worked out !

A great dvd, starting with a 'Warm Up' section, followed by a fat burning section with total body toning included. There are 3 levels; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. You have the choice to either select your own programme or complete Kirsty's programme. The 3 levels are followed by 3 'Quick Blast' sections; Abs, Lower Body and Upper Body. The dvd is completed with a very beneficial cool down section. After 3 weeks of using this dvd, for approximately an hour and half 3 mornings a week I have dropped 8lbs and my body is extremely noticeably firmer. The dvd is quite challenging but it is also fun as you can actually feel it working and see the benefits of it!
