    Good, affordable and unique instrument that I feel lucky to own!

    I'm happy that I bought this. I couldn't really afford it but I wanted a tenor uke and wanted a low G. So, getting a five-string, with both high and low G together was a real bonus for me. I think it was definitely worth the price. The Lankiai is not a high-end uke, but it sounds fine to me. I don't practice it as much as my long-necked soprano Kala because there isn't as much low G music, but it's actually better for picking out songs, and I hope to use it to arrange music and to read music instead of just using tabs. The high G is especially sweet and the low and high G together sound really cool when I want to add an octave sound. I've recently found a great book of classical low G music, so I'm starting to practice more with this uke, and am so glad I found it.
