I'm of the opinion that how you handle a problem says more about you as a seller than how you handle a perfect transaction. This one had two small problems: they put the wrong tracking initially, and an item was left out. But the seller both fixed the tracking--politely!--and immediately, promptly shipped the missing piece. 10/10 would absolutely order from again. Thanks.
