The item arrived packaged securely and as described. Great service! Unfortunately, USPS took it on and extra 3 day tour through the Postal System. I kept receiving notices from USPS that they couldn't deliver and needed to confirm the address. Not the seller's fault.

Quick /free shipping! The seller did communicate and kept me in the loop when the package was returned to them. However, When I received the item-it was not what I had ordered-dog collar. So its an obvious mix up-it happens But I don’t want to rate the seller negative or a refund .
