I ordered and paid £20 for 3-5 days delivery. After 3 days not dispatched. Contacted seller twice over two days, no answer. On 5th day, still not dispatched seller contacted, no appology or reason for delayed shipment or lack of communication. Said delivery would arrive tomorrow, which it did not. Supposed to arrive tpday on day 7. Not a happy customer, or a very nice ecperience.

hello sorry you was not happy, the painting arrived on the 5th working day, we have 1-3 working days dispatch and also then 3-5 working days delivery. £20 was for the packing cost and insurance to send
